eRate:

The SmartDealerProducts suite links to IAS for one-click retrieval of eligible programs for a given consumer. A specific list of eligible products is shown to the F&I manager based on customer data, dealer location, and vehicle type. This list includes the dealer cost and retail price, which the dealer manages via the software. The dealer can also elect to hide the dealer cost. Aside from the ability to electronically rate all of IAS' 400+ forms, eRating is also available for several leading service contract companies such as CNA, GE Auto Warranty Services, Protective, and UWC. By taking advantage of eRating, dealers can eliminate costly rating errors and missed opportunities.

eContract:

Once a customer decides to purchase one or more programs, the F&I manager is able to generate an electronic contract using a laser or inkjet printer. With eContracting the dealer can eliminate outdated forms since the electronic contract is generated by IAS at the time of sale. The F&I manager experiences a far more efficient contracting process as well, and form programming costs usually paid to DMS companies are completely eliminated. And since the contract is generated at the time of sale, customer information is immediately available to IAS claims representative in case a claim occurs prior to month-end remittance.

eRemit:

At month end, SmartDealerProducts dealers can generate an electronic remittance register based on closed deals within the DMS. Instead of handwriting a remittance register and hand computing the remit amount, the SmartDealerProducts suite automatically generates the remittance register and computes the correct dealer cost. By automating contract remittance, the month-end accounting process is error free and substantially faster.
