SmartDealerProducts offers you the online Training Library, one of the best tools available for training online. This site was designed for both agents AND F&I people to use. The library has videos that are captured from the presenter's screen that show exactly how to use the software. Some of the available videos are how to install and login to SmartMenu, how to electronically rate a VSC product and how to record a transaction in SmartEye.
